Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and/or required information.  The use of correct abbreviations, apartment / building numbers, street numbers and route number (if applicable) is critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the item.  Expedited shipping is not available at this time. We offer domestic shipping.  We do not ship internationally. We are not responsible for the delay in delivery or non delivery caused by the operation of the USPS, holidays, weekends, natural disasters, or weather events.
